Top up Steam in 1 minute — no VPN, from 10 ₽, via the bot
Valve still doesn't love Russian cards. We — love gamers. The Telegram bot @starseibot closes Steam top-ups in a couple of taps: enter your login, pick an amount from 10 ₽, pay via SBP or MIR — funds land on Steam in 1–5 minutes.
⚡ Top up Steam right now
From 10 ₽ · SBP / MIR / TON · 1–5 minutes to credit. Login only — no password needed.
⚡ TL;DR — in case you don\'t want to read
• Bot @starseibot in Telegram — open, type Steam login, pick amount, pay
• Pay the way you're used to: SBP, MIR, SberPay, TON
• Rates pulled live from the provider every 5 minutes
• Regions: 🇷🇺 RU · 🇰🇿 KZ · 🇺🇦 UA · 🌐 CIS
• No VPN, no KYC, no «pay a little extra at checkout»
🎯 Steam in 2026: why your regular card still doesn\'t work
The 2026 short version: Valve has not accepted Russian cards since spring 2022. A lot has changed since then — but not this. The Steam store opens without VPN, prices spin in rubles, the cart fills up… and at checkout — a wall.
The usual workarounds:
- buying Steam Wallet region keys — risking ending up with a foreign wallet currency;
- issuing foreign virtual cards — KYC, waiting, issuance, English-only support;
- going to a crypto exchange — conversion, fees, headaches.
What we do: one Telegram bot where the top-up takes a minute. No redirects, no separate wallets, no chats with support. That\'s the whole point of @starseibot — turning «top up Steam» into a 5-tap action.
If you're reading this — you already have Telegram. That's enough. The rest is technique.
📋 Real conditions — no sugarcoating
This isn\'t a «landing page picture». These are parameters hard-coded into the bot — the same ones you\'ll see before payment. Save them, they\'ll come in handy.
| Parameter | Value in the bot |
|---|---|
| Minimum | from 10 ₽ |
| Maximum | dynamic provider limit (visible before payment) |
| Preset amounts | 500 · 1,000 · 2,500 · 5,000 · 10,000 ₽ |
| Custom amount | yes, type a number into the chat |
| Delivery | 1–5 minutes |
| User currencies | RUB · USD · KZT · UAH |
| Payment methods | SBP · MIR · SberPay · TON |
| Exchange rate | refreshed every 5 min from the provider |
| What we ask for | Steam login only |
| What we DON\'T ask for | password, Steam Guard, email access |
| If you mistype the login | «✏️ Change login» button → auto-retry |
| Steam regions | RU · KZ · UA · other CIS |
| Verification / KYC | not required |
Before payment the bot shows the final amount in your chosen currency. No «+15% processing fee» surprises at checkout — what you see is what you pay.
🚀 5 steps to money on Steam
Nothing to memorise — the bot leads you by the hand. But for the «understand first, click later» crowd:
Open @starseibot
Use the button above or t.me/starseibot. Tap «Start» — you land in the main menu.
Tap «🎮 Steam»
The bot shows a welcome screen with conditions and warnings. Read it — half a minute, saves you from silly mistakes.
Enter your Steam login
The same one you sign in to Steam with. Not the nickname. The same screen has a «🔗 Open Steam profile» button — it takes you exactly where your login is shown.
Pick an amount
Tap a preset (500 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 / 10,000 ₽) or send your own amount in the chat. Minimum — 10 ₽.
Pay and forget
SBP, MIR, SberPay or TON — whichever is easier. The bot tracks the transaction itself and writes back: «Funds credited to Steam wallet!»
Prime at 350 ₽, Battle Pass at 1,200 ₽, skins — these are typical amounts that fit the 500 or 2,500 ₽ presets. The «Custom amount» button is for when you're topping up the exact amount for a specific game (e.g. GTA VI).
💳 How to pay and in what currency
What you count in
Pick your currency — the bot converts at the live provider rate. There\'s no «our own» rate.
- RUB (₽) — default, for Russia
- USD ($) — for those with a dollar wallet
- KZT (₸) — for Kazakhstan
- UAH (₴) — for Ukraine
How you pay
- 🏦 SBP — QR / link, any RU bank
- 💳 MIR / Visa / MC — a regular card, like in any store
- 💚 SberPay — for Sber clients, one-tap
- 💎 TON — for those who live in crypto
🌍 Regions and accounts
The bot is focused on the CIS region. If your Steam is bound to one of these countries — everything will go without surprises.
- 🇷🇺 Russia (RU) — main case, perfect with SBP and MIR
- 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan (KZ) — pay in KZT or RUB, credit in tenge
- 🇺🇦 Ukraine (UA) — pay in UAH or RUB
- 🌐 Other CIS countries — supported, but make the first top-up a test one
Not our profile. For those accounts grab regional Steam Wallet keys — our bot is built for CIS and Russia.
⚠️ Read this before your first top-up (seriously)
1. First time — a small amount
On the very first top-up Steam can lock the wallet to a foreign currency ($, €, ₸). That\'s Steam\'s behaviour, not the bot\'s. To avoid accidentally landing in dollars when paying 5,000 ₽ — drop in 100–500 ₽ first and confirm the wallet locks to rubles. Big amounts after that.
2. If you\'re in DPR, LPR or Crimea
✅ Close all active Steam sessions
✅ Put your phone in airplane mode
✅ Don't open Steam until the credit confirmation email arrives
This sidesteps Valve\'s automatic geo-checks. The bot runs from Russia — what happens on Valve\'s side is out of our control.
3. No micro-payment spam
The 10 ₽ minimum is for convenience (topping up the change for Prime, for example). It\'s not an excuse to do 50 top-ups of 10 ₽ in an hour. Steam itself flags such accounts as suspicious — do you really need that?
🛠️ When the bot complains — what to do
Good news: the bot speaks human language and immediately suggests a fix. Here are the most common scenarios — so you know in advance what to tap.
«❌ Cannot top up this Steam account»
Most likely a typo in the login, or the account is restricted by Steam, or the region isn\'t ours. The order will show an «✏️ Change login» button — enter the correct one, the bot retries by itself.
«⚠️ Service temporarily unavailable»
Provider has a temporary outage or low balance. The bot has already pinged admins and will keep trying. Money doesn\'t vanish: either the order completes after the fix, or funds are refunded. After 1–2 minutes you can tap «🔄 Retry».
«⚠️ Temporary technical issues»
Internal error — the order goes into the auto-retry queue. If it\'s not resolved in 5 minutes, message support and we\'ll handle it manually.
Bottom line: money in the bot never gets lost. Any error is either auto-resolved or the amount is refunded.
🔒 Blacklist: never give these to anyone
🚫 Steam password
🚫 Steam Guard codes (from the app or email)
🚫 Access via TeamViewer / AnyDesk / RustDesk
🚫 Access to the email tied to Steam
What the bot actually asks for
- ✅ Steam login — public info, doesn\'t grant account access
- ✅ The top-up amount
- ✅ Payment method
If anyone «from support» asks you for a password — they\'re a scammer. No exceptions. A real top-up service never needs your password.
