Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") is a legally binding document governing the use of the service (hereinafter — "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms full agreement with the terms of the Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Disclaimer

2.1. The Service is provided "as is" ("AS IS"). The Administration takes reasonable efforts to ensure the operability and security of the Service, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation and is not liable for temporary technical failures beyond the Administration's control.

2.2. The Administration is not liable for:

• any losses arising from the use of the Service that exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the corresponding service;
• actions or inactions of third parties;
• temporary technical failures, errors or delays in the Service caused by circumstances beyond the Administration's control.

3. Limitations

3.1. The User agrees to independently assess the legality of their actions when using the Service.

3.2. It is prohibited to use the Service for activities contrary to applicable law.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or block User access to the Service in the following cases:

• violation of the terms of this Agreement by the User;
• suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity;
• requirements of applicable law or authorized authorities;
• actions by the User that pose a threat to the security of the Service or other users.

3.4. The Administration notifies the User of the blocking and its reasons, except in cases where such notification is impossible or conflicts with legal requirements.

3.5. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in whole or in part, with prior notice to Users where possible.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. The Administration may collect a minimum amount of technical data necessary for the Service to operate.

4.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect User data, but cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission over the Internet.

5. Changes to Agreement

5.1. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement. The current version of the Agreement is published on the Service's website.

5.2. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User agrees to the new terms.

6. Governing Law

6.1. All issues and disputes related to the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction determined by the Administration.

7. Refund Conditions

7.1. Since the Service provides digital goods and/or intangible services, returns and exchanges after delivery are not possible.

7.2. Refunds may only be made in cases:

• if the service was not provided due to technical reasons on the Service's side;
• if access to digital goods was not provided to the User.

7.3. To request a refund, the User must contact Service support within 24 hours of payment, providing order number and contact details. The review of the request and the refund is carried out within 72 hours from the moment of contact.

7.4. Refund decisions are made by the Administration individually in each case. Refunds are made to the payment details from which the original payment was made.
